2006 Trailer from H & H
Our first dedicated trailer from H&H, a Parrothead pass me down. We hauled a stumps Gf 223 and an FE to our contests behind our motohome. With 6 kids it quickly found it too small and we moved on to a 5th wheel.
2007 Trailer from campmaster
Our 2nd trailer a Campmaster now owned by Jeff Turcotte "Turk" of Bavarian BBQ Boys. It slept four which didn't leave enough room up front with 2 adults and 6 kids. Wonderful kitchen with tons of room, making it a very easy contest rig!

2008 "Getting back to the basics"
Prairie Oak Smokers got back to the basics in 2008 with our mobile klose offset. As a balanced "tuned" smoker with three shelfs it has proved to have a very fast learning curve, with the ability of producing and holding multiple temps with great ease. With propane assist it also works great for keeping temps up at Fire on Ice. It does require hourly babysitting which made it a difficult low and slow cooker when competing solo without Tristan or Rob at night. It has worked much better for 4am power cooks, simply hums along. It has a non ramped FE 100 in a large closet on the front.
2009, a Geer
Ciarrin and I traveled on a big adventure to Texas to visit Jamie Geer to get this beautiful pit made up in classic T1 ford paint. Air control comes from the smoke stack and not from the door which is a big change. The pit is unique in that all compartments are enclosed and sprayed with rhino liner. It likes hot and fast and holds temps easily. It produces outstanding product!

2010
Jensen Catering/vending trailer Big Orange is here!
Tristan will use this trailer at vending and catering events this year. A Ole Hickory El-Edx is planned for the porch.

The "last" trailer...last years Parrothead Stumps Competition trailer.
In Raeanna's eyes, Parrothead is a marked man...
This used Stumps trailer will pull our geer in tandem and has two stumps classics on a back porch. Inside has a ss prep area, sink, and full size bed.
